Ingredients for 2 servings:
- some strawberries (also frozen)
- 1 small pear(s)
- 1 small apple
- 1 small banana(s)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 250 ml mineral water, still
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
simple and low-fat
Wash and peel the fruit, and remove the cores and peel. Chop the banana into a smoothie blender or puree with an immersion blender. Add a little water if necessary. Quarter the apple and pear, add them to the banana puree, and blend the fruit until smooth. Then add the thawed strawberries, honey, and the remaining water and blend on high for about 1 minute.
