Small applesauce muffins with cinnamon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 8 tbsp oil
  • 160 g applesauce
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 handful of raisins
  • Fat for the muffin tin

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for babies and toddlers, almost sugar-free, makes 12 servings

First, soften the oats in the milk. While they’re swelling, whisk the eggs with the vanilla sugar and oil until frothy. Then, mix in the applesauce, followed by the flour and baking powder, until a smooth batter forms. Next, add the softened oats, raisins, and a pinch of cinnamon. Once everything is well blended, pour it into a greased muffin tin. Finally, bake the mini muffins at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes.
