Ingredients

  • 500 g Flour
  • 500 g Quark (20%)
  • 8 Pc. Free range eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • Salt
  • 100 g Raisins
  • 100 g Ham cubes
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Margarine for frying

Instructions

  • Make a dough from flour, quark, eggs and milk. Season with salt. Let the dough swell for about 30 minutes.
  • Then divide into two equal portions. Put the diced ham and some paprika powder in one portion, the sugar and raisins in the other (if you like, you can soak the raisins in rum beforehand).
  • Fry small pancakes in two pans with the margarine until golden brown. A salad goes well with the spicy pancakes, with the sweet applesauce.
