Filled Pancakes Sweet & Savory

The perfect filled pancakes sweet & savory recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the sweet filling:

  • 250 ml Milk
  • 150 ml Sparkling water
  • 2 Eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 300 g Lowfat quark
  • 3 tsp Honey
  • 0,5 tsp Vanilla pulp
  • 250 g Blueberries

For the savory filling:

  • 150 g Smoked salmon
  • 250 g Cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt pepper; horseradish
  • Chives rolls
  1. Whisk the flour with milk, mineral water, salt, egg, oil and lemon juice. Let the dough soak for 10 minutes. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Bake a pancake from the batter.
  2. For the sweet filling: Mix the quark with honey and vanilla pulp. Fold in blueberries. Fill the pancakes at the front, roll them to the middle. Fold the sides in the middle and roll them up.
  3. For the savory filling: Mix the cream cheese with lemon juice, horseradish, salt, pepper and chives. Fill the front of the pancakes with cream cheese and place the salmon on top, roll up to the middle. Fold the sides in the middle and roll them up.
