Small Zucchini Pancakes

- 250 g Zucchini
- 1 Egg
- 3 El Flour
- Salt pepper
- Wash the zucchini, grate and season with salt. Let stand for 15 minutes. Then pour off the resulting water. Stir in egg and flour. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Heat some olive oil in a pan and always add a tablespoon of the mixture and spread flat. Bake until golden brown on each side for about 2 minutes.
