Ingredients
 

  • 0,5 Pc. Hokkaido
  • 2 Pc. Onion
  • 2 Pc. Oranges
  • 1 Pc. Ginger
  • 1 pinch Cardamom
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 shot Olive oil
  • 1 shot Pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 Pc. Baguette

Instructions
 

  • Cut the pumpkin unpeeled and cored into large cubes (2x2 cm is enough) and steam. Fry the onions in olive oil, add the ginger. Add and roast the steamed pumpkin. Add the spices, deglaze with the orange juice and puree. With toasted baguette. Olive oil and pumpkin seed oil for dipping.
