Ingredients
- 400 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 3 tbsp Ground poppy seeds
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 Egg
- 100 g Pumpkin canned drained
- 100 ml Pumpkin water
- 100 ml Milk
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except the pumpkin into a dough (by "pumpkin water" I mean the liquid in which the pumpkin cubes were placed ...). Cut the pumpkin cubes into small pieces and stir in briefly with the mixer.
- 9 Grease the muffin cases (or line them with paper cases) and distribute the dough evenly. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C and bake the muffins for about 1 hour.
