Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Ground poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 g Pumpkin canned drained
  • 100 ml Pumpkin water
  • 100 ml Milk

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients except the pumpkin into a dough (by "pumpkin water" I mean the liquid in which the pumpkin cubes were placed ...). Cut the pumpkin cubes into small pieces and stir in briefly with the mixer.
  • 9 Grease the muffin cases (or line them with paper cases) and distribute the dough evenly. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C and bake the muffins for about 1 hour.
