Small Mushroom Pan

The perfect small mushroom pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 gr Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Onion red
  • 2 tsp Clarified butter
  • 1 Pr Thyme freeze dried
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices
  2. Cut the onion into fine cubes
  3. Heat the clarified butter in a pan
  4. Add the onion cubes and fry until translucent
  5. Then add the mushrooms and fry
  6. Grind the thyme in your hands and pour over the mushrooms
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper
  8. If you have, you can sprinkle the pioze with fresh, finely chopped parsley before serving
