Small Mushroom Pan
The perfect small mushroom pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 gr Fresh mushrooms
- 1 Onion red
- 2 tsp Clarified butter
- 1 Pr Thyme freeze dried
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices
- Cut the onion into fine cubes
- Heat the clarified butter in a pan
- Add the onion cubes and fry until translucent
- Then add the mushrooms and fry
- Grind the thyme in your hands and pour over the mushrooms
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
- If you have, you can sprinkle the pioze with fresh, finely chopped parsley before serving
