Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 200 g herb curd
  • 75 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Thoroughly mix the flour with the yeast, sugar, and salt. Then add the quark and water and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size. Knead briefly again on a floured surface and form small rolls. Place on a baking sheet and let rise again until visibly increased in size. Bake in a preheated oven at 240°C for about 15-20 minutes.
