Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 bottle of beer (dark beer, other types are also fine)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer until a dough forms. Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes at 175°C. Depending on your taste, you can stir in ham, onions, or garlic.
