Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 drops of bitter almond flavor
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 24 waffles, cups
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 1 bag of cake icing, vanilla, 75 g each

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

for 24 pieces

Beat the margarine and sugar with the vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time and mix in. Add the flour, baking powder, and spices and mix to a smooth batter. Place the waffle cups on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and fill with the batter. Bake at 175°C (convection oven) for about 15 minutes. Let cool. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff, then add the cocoa and cinnamon. Spread small mounds of chocolate cream on the waffle cups. Melt the cake glaze in the microwave for about 3 minutes at 300 watts. Cut open a small corner and spread it on the chocolate mounds. Decorate as desired.
