Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 tbsp flour
- 4 eggs
- 100 g dried meat
- Salt
- e.g. chives
- some mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the flour with a little mineral water and stir into the eggs to form a batter. Season with salt and add the chives. Brown the jerked beef in a pan, then pour the batter over it and stir until fluffy.
