Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g zucchini
- 600 g potatoes
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Oil or clarified butter
- some flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Coarsely grate the zucchini, peel and finely grate the potatoes, and mix everything in a bowl with the eggs and a little flour. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Drop portions of batter into the hot oil with a spoon and fry the fritters on each side over medium heat until golden brown.
