Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 potatoes, floury or waxy
- some oil
- 100 g smoked salmon
- Dill, fresh
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Boil the potatoes beforehand until soft. Brush the waffle iron with oil and place the potatoes in the waffle iron. Squash the potatoes when pressing down, then bake for a good 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, top with toppings such as salmon, dill, and crème fraîche dip, if desired, and enjoy. Have fun making them!
