- 30 g flour for smoking – beech flour
- 3 bay leaves, fresh

Tastes great on salad or as a party snack
Hard-boil 4 eggs, then rinse and peel. Smoke for 4 minutes over beech flour and fresh bay leaves at approximately 30-50 degrees Celsius.
