Smoked goose breast salad
- 1 Mango (remainder)
- 1 Pair of discs Goose breast, smoked
- 1 Pair Walnut kernels
dressing
- 1 Pair Orange-Mango Juice (Valensina)
- 1 Pair Honey, liquid
- 1 Pair *Balsamico Holunderblütensaft
- 1 Pair Salt, gourmet pepper
- 1 Pair Rapeseed oil
- 2 Lettuce hearts (remainder)
Smoked goose breast salad
- Pluck the salad hearts into bite-sized pieces and place in a deep plate. Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the core and cut into pieces, add. Spread the smoked goose breast slices all around.

- Put some orange-mango juice, honey, balsamic-elderflower juice, salt and pepper in a pot, stir. Then withhold some rapeseed oil. Then pour over the salad ingredients. Decorate with a few walnut kernels.
