Colorful Mixed Salad with Smoked Duck Breast

The perfect colorful mixed salad with smoked duck breast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the honey raspberry dressing:

  • Duck breast
  • Pine nuts
  • Walnuts
  • Croutons
  • 2 tbsp Raspberry vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Walnut oil
  • 0,5 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Msp Mustard medium hot
  • 1 tsp Pepper from the grinder
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  1. Wash the fresh lettuce well and let it dry. Toast the pine nuts, walnuts and croutons in a pan with a little olive oil. Smoke the duck breast.
  2. Mix all ingredients well and distribute the finished dressing evenly over the salad.
  3. Then drape the smoked duck breast together with the roasted pine nuts, walnuts and croutons on the salad and round off with fresh raspberries.
