quick and easy to prepare, without artificial additives

Prepare the mushrooms, bell peppers, parsley, shallots, and garlic cloves as described in the ingredients list and set aside, covered, for a short time. Wash the smoked pork slices, pat dry, and cut into thin strips. Sear them in a greased pan, stirring frequently. Remove the meat with a slotted spoon and set aside, covered, for a short time. Fry the other ingredients except the parsley in the frying fat, stirring frequently, until it begins to brown. Then add the seared meat back in and stir in. Deglaze with the stock, bring to a boil, and cover the pan. Gently simmer the strips for another 10-15 minutes until ready to serve. Finally, stir in the chopped parsley and season with salt, if desired.
