Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, small, e.g. fork spaghetti or similar
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 handful of cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 large bell pepper(s), red or yellow
  • 1 large carrot(s), or 3 – 4 small snack carrots
  • 1 bag/s spice mix, salad fix Italian herbs or garden herbs
  • 1 can of corn
  • e.g. herbs, fresh or frozen
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 26 minutes

quick and easy, fresh and light

Cook the pasta in salted water for about 6 minutes until al dente. While the pasta is cooking, dice the bell pepper, slice the carrot, dice the cooked ham, and halve the tomatoes. Mix the vegetables and drained corn in a large bowl. Drain the cooked pasta and let it cool. Add the cold pasta to the large bowl. Finally, mix the salad dressing with water and oil as directed on the packet and stir into the contents of the bowl. If you like, you can season with salt/pepper or herbs. Chill the pasta salad in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to allow it to marinate. The salad goes perfectly with grilled food.
