Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 16 large shrimp(s), (smoked shrimp) fresh or frozen
- 750 g tomatoes, pureed
- 250 g feta cheese (light)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch of thyme
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- Ouzo, approx. 50 ml
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Low-carb
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Pour the passata into a baking dish. Crumble the feta and sprinkle over the tomato sauce. Bake in the hot oven for 5 minutes, then remove from the oven. Clean and wash the spring onions and slice diagonally into 2cm rings. Peel and crush the garlic, and pick the thyme leaves. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Fry the spring onions, garlic, and thyme for 5 minutes, then stir into the tomato and feta sauce. Keep warm in the oven. Heat the remaining oil in a pan. Fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with ouzo, if desired. Add the shrimp to the tomato sauce. Season with pepper, mix everything, and return to the oven for another 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. Then serve.
