Ingredients

  • 4 slices Smoked salmon
  • 4 tbsp Philadelphia
  • 4 Cheese crackers
  • 2 marinated Lettuce leaves

Instructions

  • 1st coat the cheese crackers (I had some with caraway flavor) thickly with the Philadelphia cream cheese (I had the smoked salmon flavored one) - top with a slice of salmon - put the 2nd crackers on top and top it all with a salmon rose - a marinated lettuce leaf for decoration underneath and a little dille in the rose ...... our decorative and quick starter is ready
  • TIP: be careful! this starter should not be prepared too early - if the cream cheese is too long on the crackers it will be limp and soft .....
