Smoked Salmon Tartare new Version
The perfect smoked salmon tartare new version recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Smoked salmon
- 3 Celery sticks
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 pinch Garlic pepper from my KB
- 1 pinch Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 pinch Fenugreek powder
- 1 pinch Telly cherry pepper
- Chop the smoked salmon very finely! Clean the celery, remove the threads, peel and wash a little if necessary. First cut into long strips, then finely dice.
- Season salmon and celery in a bowl with oil, lime juice, garlic pepper, seasoned salt, fenugreek, pepper and season to taste!
- Tastes immediately after preparation, chilled and steeped but even better! 🙂
- Looks great as a tartare snack or in a bowl on the table! 🙂 In addition fresh baguette and butter! Or in a green salad as a topping or on potato soup, in pancakes …..
