Asian Smoked Salmon Tartare
The perfect asian smoked salmon tartare recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 800 g Smoked salmon
- 25 g Fresh ginger
- 125 g Spring onions fresh, cut
- 2 Pc. Lime
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 50 ml Sesame oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Sesame black
- Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes (0.5cm x 0.5cm) and place in a large bowl. Finely dice spring onions and add. Finely dice the ginger, press lightly and add to the bowl.
- Using a very fine grater, add the lime zest. Then add the juice of both limes.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and refine with black sesame and chillies as desired. Caution: Do not let it steep for too long, the acidity of the limes cooks the salmon.
