Cut the potatoes into chip-like strips and coat them in a bowl with olive oil. Place the sliced ​​potatoes on a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for 25 minutes, then turn them over and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes. Season the potatoes with herb salt. Slice the onions into rings and dust with flour. Fry the onions in oil until browned and season with salt and nutmeg. Then place the onions on a sieve or kitchen paper to drain off the fat. Cut the tofu into pieces and fry. When the tofu is ready, place it on a plate, drizzle with ketchup and curry powder, and serve with the onions and potatoes.
