Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g celeriac
- 150 g blueberries (blueberries)
- 1 m.-large apple, red-skinned
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 50 g walnuts, roughly chopped
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- n. B. Pepper, from the mill
- n. B. Salt

Salad side dish, also goes well with grilled meat
Peel the celery and slice into thin strips. Core the unpeeled apple and slice it into thin strips using the same grater. Mix the apple and celery with the lemon juice and cover in a bowl. For the dressing, whisk all ingredients well. Mix well with the celery and apple. Fold in the blueberries and nuts. Divide the salad between two glasses or bowls and enjoy. Serve with lightly roasted meat, perhaps grilled.
