Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 50 g rhubarb
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 20 g sugar
  • 300 ml milk
  • 300 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop everything up, pour it together and mix.
