Smoothies: Ginger – Carrot Smoothie
The perfect smoothies: ginger – carrot smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 ml Pure carrot juice
- 4 piece Apples
- 3 piece Banana
- 1 piece Freshly grated ginger
- 1 piece Agave syrup
- 100 ml Filtered mineral water
- Squeeze 500 ml of juice from fresh carrots – I used the rest for the next vegetable salt –
- Wash the apples, cut them in half, quarter them and remove the stem and flower (the kernels stay with me).
- Peel and grate the ginger thinly (the size of your thumb).
- Take the bananas out of the skins …… put everything in the blender, puree them well and put them in 4 glasses, place a slice of apple on each glass for decoration (which I put aside beforehand) and just enjoy: -)
