Smoothies: Ginger – Carrot Smoothie

The perfect smoothies: ginger – carrot smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 ml Pure carrot juice
  • 4 piece Apples
  • 3 piece Banana
  • 1 piece Freshly grated ginger
  • 1 piece Agave syrup
  • 100 ml Filtered mineral water
  1. Squeeze 500 ml of juice from fresh carrots – I used the rest for the next vegetable salt –
  2. Wash the apples, cut them in half, quarter them and remove the stem and flower (the kernels stay with me).
  3. Peel and grate the ginger thinly (the size of your thumb).
  4. Take the bananas out of the skins …… put everything in the blender, puree them well and put them in 4 glasses, place a slice of apple on each glass for decoration (which I put aside beforehand) and just enjoy: -)
