Vegan: Potato Slices Fried in Onions with Broccoli

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Peeled potatoes
  • Planed
  • 2 size Diced onions
  • 15 ml Olive oil for frying
  • Vegetable salt for seasoning
  • Ground pepper
  • *****************************
  • 300 g Broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable broth
  • 400 ml Filtered water

Instructions
 

  • Slice the peeled potatoes.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, sear the onions and add the potatoes, sear everything well. Season with vegetable salt and fresh pepper.
  • Bring the broccoli florets to the boil in the vegetable stock, bring to the boil briefly and turn off the heat, let the broccoli steep and then serve with the fried potato slicers ... and enjoy.
