Smoothies: My Breakfast Smoothie
The perfect smoothies: my breakfast smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 piece Fresh mango
- 1 piece Kiwi fresh
- 0,25 piece Apple Elstar o.a.
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece From Swiss chard
- 2 tbsp Coconut blossom syrup
- 1 tbsp Apricot kernel oil or similar
- Peel the mango and cut along the core and release the den (I use the other half for another smoothie) Peel the kiwi, the piece of apple was still there, brush off the carrot and only the green of the chard 🙂
- Put everything in the mixer, add the syrup and the oil and then power ……
