  • 50 ml Blueberry juice 100% (rest)
  • 50 g Homemade yogurt
  • 1 tsp Gold flaxseed

Instructions
 

  • Take a tall container and add the ingredients one at a time. Puree with a magic wand and enjoy afterwards.
