Also:
- 80 g Almonds or hazelnuts
- 100 g Pitted Medjoul dates
- 40 g Coarse oatmeal
- 25 g Desiccated coconut
- 1 Msp Ground ginger
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Msp Cardamom
- 20 g Grated coconut for rolling
- Toast the almonds or hazelnuts without fat in a pan over medium heat until they start to smell. Mix with the other ingredients in the food processor to form a sticky dough. But don’t be too rigorous when chopping. Small pieces of nut can still remain in the mass.
- Shape walnut-sized balls with your hands and roll them in the desiccated coconut. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
