Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 snails (vineyard snails from the can without shell/shell)
- ½ pack of herb butter, light (roll)
- 2 slices of toast
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
classic and simple
Arrange the snails in a snail pan. Spread the herb butter evenly over them. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, toast the slices of bread and cut them into strips. These strips are perfect for dipping the herb sauce.
