Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g butter
  • 50 g white chocolate coating
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 30 g cornstarch (Mondamin)
  • 170 g flour, ( 405 )
  • 40 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • Bitter almond aroma

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

very fine Christmas biscuits, makes about 30 pieces

Melt the chocolate coating in a bain-marie. Stir in the butter, sugar, egg, and spices and beat until fluffy. Sift the flour with Mondamin, mix in the desiccated coconut, and stir into the fluffy butter. Pipe snowflakes onto baking paper using a No. 7 star nozzle. Sprinkle with some desiccated coconut and bake at approximately 160°C until golden brown.
