Ingredients
For the vinaigrette
- 3 Tomatoes
- 0,5 Cucumber
- 2 tbsp Wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Grainy mustard
- Salt pepper
Instructions
- Lightly fry the snow peas in a little oil and let them cool. Quarter the tomatoes, cut out the stalk and cut in half crosswise again. Cut the cucumber into cubes.
- For the vinaigrette, mix vinegar with honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Finally whisk in the oil. Pour the vinaigrette over the snow peas, tomatoes and cucumber, fold in and season to taste if necessary.
