Spaghetti with Snow Peas, Almond and Nut Pesto and Cucumber Salad
The perfect spaghetti with snow peas, almond and nut pesto and cucumber salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 1 tsp Salt
- 250 g Snow peas, almond and nut pesto / see my recipe *)
- 1 Snake cucumber 400 g / cleaned approx. 325 g
- Salad dressing Sylt style
Spaghetti with snow peas, almond and nut pesto and cucumber salad:
- Cook the spaghetti in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) according to the instructions on the package until al dente and drain through a kitchen sieve. Warm up the self-made pesto *). Peel the cucumber with the garnish peeler and slice it into fine slices.
Serve
- Divide the spaghetti with the sugar snap, almond and nut pesto *) on 2 pasta plates and serve. Divide the cucumber slices between 2 salad bowls, drizzle with the salad dressing and serve with the pasta.
