Maraq baradho leh Hilibka doofaarka ee la qiiqay iyo sausage
Maraq baradho ah oo qumman oo leh hilib doofaar la dhuuqay iyo habka sausage oo leh sawir iyo tilmaamo tallaabo-tallaabo fudud ah.
- 2 kg oo baradho ah
- 0,5 kg karootada
- 1 Soup greens fresh
- 750 g Kasseler sigaar cabbin
- 4 xabo oo caleemaha Bay
- 5 xabo oo badar allspice ah
- 15 xabbo oo basbaas ah
- 4 xabbo oo sausages qaro weyn
- 1 giraan ah sausage hilib aan toon
- 1 giraanta Marjoram dhir udgoon
- Maggi geed, milix, basbaas
- Iska yaree Kasseler-ka jeexjeexyada, nadiifi cagaarka maraqa iyo shiilan oo jarjar caleemaha baylaha, allspice iyo basbaaska iyo dhammaan hal mid weyn! Karkari dheriga ilaa hilibku fiican yahay oo jilicsan yahay.
- Dhanka kale, diirka oo jarjar baradhada.
- Ka saar hilibka iyo karootada kaydka oo googooyaa qaybo yaryar. Sidoo kale jarjar hilibka hilibka iyo sausages qaybo yaryar. Ku dar baradhada kaydka. (Suurto gal ka saar xoogaa dareere ah oo dhinac dhig)
- When the potatoes are soft, fish out the bay leaves and allspice grains, add some of the carrots and puree everything and pour in the liquid that was set aside. Add the chopped sausages, the remaining carrots and the smoked ham. Now season with marjoram (very generous), Maggi cabbage, salt and pepper and simmer until the desired consistency is reached.
