Ingredients
- 1 packet Cooked salad frozen 300 grams
- 2 tbsp Flour smooth
- Oil
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Nutmeg
- Broth or water
- 0,125 L Milk
- Butter
Instructions
- Let the flour get hot in an oil and add a light stoving, add a little salt so that no lumps form. Pour out some cold broth, add milk and simmer with the salad over a low flame until the salad rises. If you want, you can add a few green peas.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper, if you want, you can add a little bit of butter at the end.
- We like to eat it with potato pancakes, fried eggs or hard-boiled eggs also go with it.
