Ingredients
 

  • 1 packet Cooked salad frozen 300 grams
  • 2 tbsp Flour smooth
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Nutmeg
  • Broth or water
  • 0,125 L Milk
  • Butter

Instructions
 

  • Let the flour get hot in an oil and add a light stoving, add a little salt so that no lumps form. Pour out some cold broth, add milk and simmer with the salad over a low flame until the salad rises. If you want, you can add a few green peas.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper, if you want, you can add a little bit of butter at the end.
  • We like to eat it with potato pancakes, fried eggs or hard-boiled eggs also go with it.
