Pumpkin or Zucchini Cake

The perfect pumpkin or zucchini cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 a cup Flour
  • 2 a cup Sugar
  • 150 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 1 tl Cinammon
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Ta Oil
  • 2 a cup Grated pumpkin or zucchini
  1. Mix all ingredients together well! Put in a bundt pan! Bake at 160 degrees for 75 minutes! After cooling, sprinkle with turkey sugar!
