Pumpkin or Zucchini Cake
The perfect pumpkin or zucchini cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 a cup Flour
- 2 a cup Sugar
- 150 g Ground hazelnuts
- 1 tl Cinammon
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Ta Oil
- 2 a cup Grated pumpkin or zucchini
- Mix all ingredients together well! Put in a bundt pan! Bake at 160 degrees for 75 minutes! After cooling, sprinkle with turkey sugar!
