Spaghetti in Spicy Tomato and Pepper Sauce

- 250 g Mixed minced meat – minced meat
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 1 Can Peeled and diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 Onion red
- 0,5 Green peppers
- 0,5 Yellow peppers
- 1 Pepper red fresh
- Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- Salt
- Olive oil
- 50 g Grana Padano Parmesan
- Chopped basil
- Water or broth
- Butter
- Do not let the olive oil get too hot in a saucepan, sweat the peeled, diced onion and the chopped garlic in it, add the minced meat and roast everything well. Add tomato paste and roast briefly. Halve the pepper, remove the core and add a little broth or water.
- Had peppers that I also diced and added. Let the sauce simmer for about 20-25 minutes. In the meantime, bring a saucepan of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions. Strain the spaghetti, pour a little butter over it and keep warm.
- The sauce with salt and a little. Season with a little cayenne pepper. Serve the spagehetti and sauce with some chopped basil and grated Parmesan.
