Croatian calzone

First, prepare the dough. Mix together flour, water, salt, and oil and knead into a firm, non-sticky dough. Then roll out into two equal pieces. Roughly chop the parsley and chard, and slice the spring onions into rings. Toss with olive oil and salt to taste. Spread the mixture onto one of the flatbreads and cover with the other. Seal the sides of the two flatbreads together; a fork and a little water are helpful here. Place the pan on baking paper in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and, once the baking time is up, use it as a topping for the soparnik. Serve the dish cut into diamond shapes and garnish with a little salt and olive oil.
