Soup: Miso Soup with Soba Noodles

Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Soba noodles
  • 1 l Vegetable stock
  • 200 g Thai asparagus
  • 2 El Soy sauce
  • 2 El Miso paste light
  • 0,5 Lime
  • 6 g Dried wakame seaweed
  • 1 pcs Ginger

Instructions
 

  • Put the pasta in the boil and set aside.
  • Put the algae in a little warm water and let stand for 10 minutes. Wash the asparagus, cut off the ends and fry in a little oil. Top up with the broth and bring to the boil until the asparagus is the way you like it.
  • Add the algae and bring to the boil again. Grate some ginger and add the soy sauce. Mix the miso paste with some of the broth and stir into the soup, now do not let the soup boil anymore.
  • Put a few noodles on the plate and then top up the soup.
