Cake: Juicy Marble Cake
The perfect cake: juicy marble cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 medium sized Loaf pan, 1.3 liter capacity
- 100 g Margarine
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 piece Eggs
- 200 g Wheat flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 4 tbsp Low fat milk
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
For the batter:
- Stir butter and diabetic sweetness until foamy. Stir in eggs one by one, mix flour and baking powder. Stir in with 2 tablespoons of milk.
- Grease the loaf pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in half of the batter.
- Mix the remaining dough with cocoa powder and 2 tbsp milk. Put the dark dough on top of the light dough.
- Using a fork, pull both doughs through in a spiral.
- Bake the cake in a hot oven at 175 degrees for about 50 minutes. Then put the cake in a cool place. Then turn the marble cake out and let it cool completely.
