Cake: Juicy Marble Cake

The perfect cake: juicy marble cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 medium sized Loaf pan, 1.3 liter capacity
  • 100 g Margarine
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 200 g Wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 4 tbsp Low fat milk
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder

For the batter:

  1. Stir butter and diabetic sweetness until foamy. Stir in eggs one by one, mix flour and baking powder. Stir in with 2 tablespoons of milk.
  2. Grease the loaf pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in half of the batter.
  3. Mix the remaining dough with cocoa powder and 2 tbsp milk. Put the dark dough on top of the light dough.
  4. Using a fork, pull both doughs through in a spiral.
  5. Bake the cake in a hot oven at 175 degrees for about 50 minutes. Then put the cake in a cool place. Then turn the marble cake out and let it cool completely.
