- 600 g Zucchini
- 50 g Ginger
- 800 ml Vegetable stock
- 100 ml Cream
- 2 Tl Double cream
- Salt and pepper
- 0,5 Tl English curry
- 1 small Onion
- 1 toe Garlic
- 1 El Butter
- Cut the onion and garlic into cubes. Then sweat in the butter. Cut the zucchini into cubes and add to fry briefly and pour the stock on top.
- Let everything cook through until the zucchini is soft. Rub in the ginger. Finally stir in the curry and cream double and season with salt and pepper.
