Soup: Zucchini Soup with Ginger and Slight Curry Note

  • 600 g Zucchini
  • 50 g Ginger
  • 800 ml Vegetable stock
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 2 Tl Double cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0,5 Tl English curry
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • 1 El Butter
  1. Cut the onion and garlic into cubes. Then sweat in the butter. Cut the zucchini into cubes and add to fry briefly and pour the stock on top.
  2. Let everything cook through until the zucchini is soft. Rub in the ginger. Finally stir in the curry and cream double and season with salt and pepper.
