Ingredients
- 1 Bowl Potatoes
- 3 cups Kohlrabi brew
- 1 kl. Shallot, chopped parsley
- 1 kl. disc Fresh ginger (cut into small pieces)
- 0,5 liter Chicken broth
- 0,5 liter Colorful pepper mill
- 0,5 liter Salt, garlic powder
- 0,5 liter Curry
- 2 Pinches Grated nutmeg
- 2 Pinches Cinnamon
- 3 Threads Saffron
Instructions
- Sauté the shallot in butter and dust with a little flour while stirring.
- Then add a little kohlrabi brew and the curry.
- Then add the remaining kohlrabi stock and the chicken stock. Everything about 20 minutes. Simmer.
- Meanwhile add the saffron (previously soaked in a little water) and the spices and puree at the end, done!
- The soup can also be made without kohlrabi brew.
