- 1 piece Egg from chicken I trust
- 2 tablespoon Flour type 550
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0,5 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
- Mlich or mineral water
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 2 piece Pickled tomatoes in oil *
- Fat to fry
- Chop the sun-dried tomatoes very finely.
- Mix the flour, egg, tomato paste, salt and the tomato pieces in a bowl and add enough liquid to make a pancake batter.
- Heat the fat in a pan and pour the batter into it. Fry well on both sides.
- Place on a paper towel so that the excess fat is absorbed and cut out small hearts after cooling.
- Fry these again in a fat-free pan before using.
