Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 350 g spelt flour
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 eggs, size M
- 5 tbsp powdered sugar
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Then, form the dough into balls. If the dough is a bit sticky, moisten your hands with a little water beforehand. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the balls at 180°C (160°C fan-assisted) for about 20 minutes until golden brown. This amount of dough will yield approximately 32 balls.
