Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g beans, green
  • 500 ml water for boiling
  • 60 ml vinegar
  • 20 g sugar
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • some mustard seeds
  • 1 bunch of savory

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the beans until al dente. Bring the remaining ingredients to a boil. If eating immediately, pour the mixture over the beans while hot. If serving the next day, pour it over the beans while cold.
