Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 150 g butter
- 75 g powdered sugar
- 1 m.-sized eggs
- 150 g sour cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cardamom
- n. B. Sugar granules
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
for approx. 25 cookies
Place the flour in a bowl and mix with the powdered sugar, salt, and cardamom. Melt the butter and add it to the flour. Add the sour cream and the egg. Knead everything into a soft dough and chill in cling film for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Shape the dough into small balls, flatten them, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cover generously with sugar (this will melt in the oven to form a crust). Bake the cookies in the hot oven for about 25 minutes, until they have a golden brown edge. Tip: Add lemon zest for a fresh touch!
