Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 cups of sour cream, 200 g each
- 300 g minced meat, seasoned
- 1 tbsp parsley, frozen
- 3 large garlic cloves
- 500g penne
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Finely chop the garlic and fry it with the minced meat. Once the minced meat is crispy, add the sour cream and turn off the heat. Leave the pot on the heat. Stir in the parsley. Cook the pasta, drain, and stir in the sour cream sauce. Tip: It tastes best when topped with a little Maggi when serving.
