Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 360 g sour cream
- 150 g bacon, sliced
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Pour the sour cream into a bowl. Fry the bacon slices on the grill or in a griddle pan until very crispy, then let them cool briefly. It’s best to crush them in a mortar and pestle and mix them with the sour cream. Add the chopped herbs to the bacon and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the sour cream with boiled potatoes or baked potatoes.
